Look and feel good this October
South Africa’s only all encompassing lifestyle expo, The Look and Feel Good Expo (L&FGE) takes place at the Johannesburg Coca-Cola dome from 9-11 October. The expo, the first of its kind in South Africa, will offer visitors the latest trends and products in health, beauty, wellness, fitness and greening. Unique to the Look & Feel Good expo is the Happiness area, where people can truly partake in the old adage that: Laughter is the best medicine.
What to expect
Experience the healing power of laughter with the Ha Ha People’s Laughter Workshops in the Feel Good Joy Gym. Visit the Spa Association Pavilion and stand in line for a demonstration of the latest in spa therapies and treatments. Also don’t miss the Yoga Demo Area being presented by Bikram Yoga, sit down and relax with The Secret at the Odyssey Magazine Spiritual Cinema featuring spiritual and motivational videos or how about a Tarot reading with Renaissance Magazine inside their extraordinary Eco House?
Mr and Miss Fitness will be on hand demonstrating their moves in anticipation for the international competition and Miss Earth SA will assist visitors in green initiatives and easy tips to live a more sustainable life. The Minute Maid Health &Wellness Workshops will offer up to date information on living life wholistically.
Children will have access to their own kiddie’s corner with activities specially created to ensure the day to be special, even for the little ones.

Recharge and revitalize at the Boost Juice Feel Good Health Bar where you can indulge in their delicious and nutritious smoothies, crushes and hotties.
